All About Me
I began working with Computers when I was 14, which was when I first got exposed to computers. I started with a time share printing terminal while I was in High School.
From there I quickly confirmed that this was what I wanted to do for a living. Commodore VIC 20, 64, TRS80 all followed, then I went to work for Travelers Insurance Company and began writing code with COBOL, JCL and Assembly on Mainframes.
Over the years I have worked on just about every major computing platform and language from embedded real time programming on DSP chips, to large scale database systems on HP and IBM systems and everything in between.
I have always been an early adopter, mainly because I am intensely curious about everything. And like any good geek I have an insatiable appetite for gadgets and tools and of course high tech toys!
Over the years I have held almost every imaginable position in my field, Developer, Developer Lead, Technical Lead, Architect, VP, Consultant, you name it and I have done it. And loved every minute of it.
